The actress eats six meals a day, three of which are before the gym and ensures she takes her supplements with her breakfast after the gym. Her lunches and dinners are a combination of protein-rich foods like eggs, fish and chicken, and veggies like zucchini, beans, broccoli and asparagus. The actress does have one small cheat meal in a week.
3. Jacqueline Fernandez
The stunning Sri Lankan actress is a huge fitness freak and makes sure her diet stays on point as well. The one ingredient she swears by is apple cider vinegar. The actress has two glasses of it diluted in water and drinks it once in the morning and once at night. The actress avoids consuming sugar as much as possible and looks for substitutes and alternatives. She also bakes her own bread, so she knows exactly what’s going into it. She consumes a large number of vegetables like spinach, broccoli, asparagus and more and ensures she doesn’t shy away from protein like eggs and fish. The actor is believed to employ the services of celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa and works out at least four times a week. John follows a strict eating schedule and ensures he receives the right amount of proteins. Fresh fruits, nuts and egg whites are his favorite snack foods, and he always eats dinner before 9 pm. 5. Sushmita Sen

He also combines his exercise routine with dance, martial arts, cardio and more. He follows a rigorous diet and doesn’t believe in cheat days. 7. Ranveer Singh
For the movie Padmaavat, the actor had to play the role of the powerful emperor of the Delhi Sultanate, Alauddin Khilji. During this time, the actor enlisted the help of celebrity personal trainer Mustafa Ahmed. For Ranveer, Mustafa focused on improving his flexibility and building his core strength. They trained six days a week, twice a day and training involved following HIIT. The actor indulged in two cheat meals but gave up eating sugar altogether.
