BurraKatha Movie Review

BurraKatha is a Telugu Action-Drama Combo movie  produced by Kiran Reddy and Srikanth Deepala. This film tells the story of Abhiram who is born with two brains, which is also cause for all the troubles in his life.

Movie  is directed by  Diamond Ratna Babu . This movie is Produced under the banner of Deepala Arts. Background score is given by  Sai Karthik. Cinematography of the film is done by  C Ram Prasad.

Aadi, Mishti Chakraborty, and Naira Shah are in lead roles. Rajendra Prasad, Posani Krishna Murali and others are in Supporting Roles.

Film revolves around the story of Abhiram played by Aadi, who is born with two brains. And i am not talking about split personality, actual two brains and somehow fit in a single head. So somehow films start with a flawed Logic. His one part is abhi who is a bad boy and other part is Ram who is good boy. And the personalities are switched  by loud noises.

Abhi wants to live like a king and is not nice with other people, though he always gets his way. And other one ram is just opposite to him.

Both hate each other  and save bad mouthed video messages for others. Both have different aims in life. Both falls in love with different girls. Abhi loves happy played by Mishti Chakraborty and Ram falls for Aascharya played by Naira shah.

This dual personality complicates his life and rest forms the story how he wins back happy’s heart.

Happy is shown to a sweet girl who gives one hour of her everyday to help people

Abhimanyu Singh plays the role of villain Gagan Vihari.

Rajendra Prasad plays as Aadi’s father

Posani Krishna Murali plays the role of neurosurgeon, who is also happy’s father.

This film is the Directorial Debut of Diamond Ratna Babu but the start doesn’t seem so good. Film is quite loud, dull, filled with Unwanted scenes, Cheap comedy with no relevance to story. Execution of the film lacks in so many domains. Surely he has grasped nice concept but couldn’t execute it.

Film is quite rich in few areas, the different personalities of the Aadi and the variations between them is portrayed beautifully.

But the film surely confuses the audience.

Visual of the films are amazing  but background score is not upto the mark.

Aadi has done marvelous job playing the two characters and showcasing the proper variation between the two. All in all he looks convincing. Mishti Chakrborthy also plays her part quite well.  Naira get very little screen presence.

Film has Nothing Much to offer.

Review: 2/5
